AND...He also says he's a Christian. What has Bush done for the Religious right? We vote, too! No one likes to be lied to.

What has Bush done for the Religious right? We vote, too! No one likes to be lied to. Now you are going to question his faith? LOL But; once again I assume you do not want a democrat elected to replace him so what conservative to you have in mind to replace him?
To: concerned about politics
Bush is trying to get rid of the marriage disincentives inherent in our welfare system, which is certainly a good thing. He has tried to buy votes with federal aid to faith-based organizations, which is ultimately going to be to the detriment of religion. Other than that, I perceive that Bush has stayed out of religious matters on the whole.

If you don't know what Bush has done for the religious right, you have no understanding of the connection between constitutional constructionism and morality/religious freedom...but you do understand the connection and are playing games.
Beware, trolls: No conservative is as stupid as the characters you've created on this board.
THERE IS NO DISCERNABLE FALTERING OF SUPPORT FOR PRESIDENT BUSH AMONG CONSERVATIVES

AND...He also says he's a Christian. What has Bush done for the Religious right?Faith Based Initiative for one. How many Democrat presidents would have done that?
