Great point. Because a violation exists just don't do anything to make that constituional violation occur. Great approach. Yeah instead of actually tackling the issue of thought crimes just ignore them and maybe they will go away. Is this how you view every infringment on our rights or is this the exception? You want to know the difference between us? You might want to sweep problems under the rug to firment into something worse, I on the other hand want themeliminated altogether. Or maybe you would like to wait until America begins creating legislation that calls homophobia and xenophobia a crime. I hear that's quite popular in Europe around this time, but what the hell right, let's just sweep it under the rug. After all it won't matter until someone literally comes to your house to tell you your right to believe in something has been surrendered.

I love constitutional scholars. Tell me, in your learned opinion Mr. Chief justice, what is UNCONSTITUTIONAL about building permit?
