[history]
WASHINGTON -- Occasional grumbling by some prominent conservatives about President Bush sometimes overshadows his extremely solid support among stalwart Republicans and conservatives around the country.
Many Republicans and Democrats seem to agree that support by itself does not tilt the 2002 elections toward the GOP. Some, however, say it could offset the gains the party out of the White House -- Democrats, in this case -- historically has made in midterm elections.

Deomcrat? Never heard of them. Do they drive little green spaceships? I hear mommy calling you. Put down the computer and run along now.

"At this point in any president's first term, you would expect to have alienated some faction of your own party, but that is not the case with George Bush." This is pure BS.

Bush has done so much for the Democrat agenda. And that agenda would be....(please fill in the blanks here)....

Don't pay little Ricky any attention. He has obviously not had a nap today.
To: TLBSHOW
the Democraps don't get it because they don't know how to discern when they're being told a lie.
To: RickyJ
He was referring to Republicans. That is Bush's party. Anyone alienated now never was a member, only a RINO. Know any?
To: Texasforever
Well, I'll be danged if *I* am going to nurse him to sleep! He'll get hair in his teeth!
To: RickyJ
You should be a little more precise when choosing your words.

And a few imposters as well. Let's hope they swing over to the democrap party where they belong.

Well, I see they are still skulking around, rather like Gollum in the Ring Trilogy. Always looking for "precious", never satisfied, and hating the light.
To: RickyJ
This is pure BS.LOL You are literally having a tantrum. Calm down Ricky.
To: RickyJ
Why don't you try making a coherent counter argument instead of just saying inflammatory things? Believe me I understand your sentiment, and am very close to bailing on the Republicans (especially Minnesota Republicans which really *aren't* much different than their democrat counterparts...)

I believe they will be really vitriolic now. I believe the goal was to get the first thread pulled, so that the information wasn't out there. Now the article is back, and all their lovely work has gone for naught.
I suggest ignoring them and if they try to attract attention by hurling insults or lies, report them for abuse and get their replies deleted.

While I understand Bush isn't as conservative as I'd like, I would like to hear a coherent argument rather than just saying "Bush is no better than a democrat."
