Other nations oppose terror, but tolerate the hatred that leads to terror -- and that must change. This is the phrase I remembered, although I think I put my own interpretation into my recollection. However, I think there is still a message here for the Saudis.

What a stirring speech! Our country is obviously and thankfully set on a new course. There is such resolve, such determination, and such strength shown in this communication with the young men and women he is addressing. It's wonderful to witness the pride in and of our military again.
