The words you are looking for is "go and sin no more". The Bible instructs us to judge one another. We are to look at a person's actions to see if they are self-destructing and correct them before they perish. If we didn't judge, we would allow pedophiles as priests (OK bad example). We would allow people to walk in front of cars rather than judging their actions. Of course, we are supposed to judge. Jesus was saying in that passage "Don't assume someone is worth more or less than another person. Everyone is offered Salvation".
