Per Fox just had Bob Beckulaka (I know the spelling is wrong)on, he is the Special Forces guy and they were talking about the stingers. He told Fox that it was indeed a stinger that took down TWA. (I think it was a TWA. He went on to say that it was two men in a small boat that did it.
