And this is what I think the prosecution's case hinges on. I suspect the statement he gave police may have been part of the trip in the motorhome. The part where detectives road with DW in his MH for somewhere between 8-16 hours. A situation where there were no other witnesses, he was not under arrest, and he had no attorney, nor could he stop and get one. His statement may have been truth and self-incriminating, or it may have been saying something stupid just to get the cops to shut up for a minute. Because you have been up for 32 hours and your mind is gone. Because they won't believe the truth, so you tell them what they want to hear. Because you .... who knows.
There was a """""RUMOR"""""" on one thread that he told police he COULD LEAD THEM to Danielle's body if they would make a deal. I NEVER FOUND a source for this, or any reason to believe it was anything but WEB HYPE.

AN ACQUAINTANCE - someone you haven't had over for sex and hadn't considered doing so.
FRIEND - someone you haven't had over for sex, but have or are considering doing so.
CLOSE FRIEND - Have had over for sex.
Just doing a bit of playing with the anagrams - here's some I came up with in a real short while ( taken from the name Peter Damon Van Dam - using all letters ) - I'm sure we can find more though:

Hergus, we have ALL received those unwanted FReepmails, and the way you solve it is to simpy ask the person whose messages you do not care to receive to to just "stop e-mailing me".
Works like a charm.

One solution would be to put the "from:" at the top, but Politicalmom had the idea of the year: an "ignore" feature. That would certainly help with those posts that are the electronic equivilent of scraping fingernails across a blackboard. (And we should be most grateful to Jim and John for not wiring the board for sound!)
