I think you are wrong. The Indian public is demanding a war against the terrorist Muslims. This is a war that must occur before Pakistan becomes more powerful.
If you think that massing millions of solders on the border is just to try to put pressure on Masharraf to stop terrorists from striking Indians, you are crazy.
There will be a war, and India will win.
If Pakistan thinks it is going to be overrun, it will launch, because it will have nothing to lose.
If the al-Quaida on Musharraf's general staff can find (or provoke) any excuse to launch, they will do it.
