The Ingemar guy tried to rob at least one of those joggers for her WALKMAN....Chandra had a Walkman found next to her. Why would a robber leave what he tried to take from someone else.

um, That was HIS story. He wasn't after their walkmans. The totality of the picture shows he was a rapist and after the women.
