Once again, you're shifting blame

I am NOT shifting the blame .. I AM JUST STATING THE FACTS

Yes the INS is one F'd up Agency .. and YES there needs to a good skake up over there

AND from the news reports Bush was pretty pissed off when he read in the papers about that visa approval

There are many reasons why the INS is so screwed up but I won't bore you with the facts because you don't care

So what's being done to fix the mess at INS? Oh, I've heard some rumors and whispers about *something* being done with the INS, but so far, nothing, but nothing, has been done. I want you to be precise--and citing Bush's anger (which certainly matched mine) means jack to me. It is not a plan to reform that agency, nor, in any stretch of the imagination, an plan that is being implemented.
