The Word tells us that "the lamb slain from the foundation of the world” (Rev 13:8)
So the will of God the Father was to redeem man from the foundation of the world for He knew what would happen to His creation.
The Son, Christ laid down His life so that we could have eternal life for the asking.
If it was the Fathers will and the Sons choice why was Judas not doing the will of the Father?

In the "Poem of the Man-God" by Catholic mystic Maria Valtorta, the author suggests that if Judas had left the group on his own, when advised to do so by Christ, someone else would have completed the job.

Because the Bible tells us that Satan was doing the driving.

Luke 22:3 Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve.

John 13:27 As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him.
