As far as I know, none of the 911 terrorists were Bosnian, Albanian, or Kosovan. None of them had Bosnian, Albanian, or Kosovan documents, and there has been no evidence that any of them has been to the Balkans. If you have evidence to the contrary please post it.

According to the article the person's name is being withheld. False documents are easy enough to obtain. So are false passports, and fake names. Often times the passports are passed on to others and get re-cylced by the next individual.

There's really no surprise here, except that it took this long for it to come out.
