I wonder if Hart was the source of the warning to "not fly" that was given to
San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown.
(IIRC, Willie got that warning a day or so before 9-11; but I don't think the source
was named in the newspaper report I saw.)

As for Gary Hart, it's a sad thing if he was actually way ahead of the curve on
terrorist threats. If he hadn't do some of his stupid things that made him look the fool,
maybe he could have gotten his message across.

I remember this too. Was there any investigation into how Brown got the warning and why the people on the 4 planes didn't?
