While I am nitpicking by my own attest, as the PT boat, I'm assuming, was U.S. Government property, and JFK was not killed in the incident, why would Teddy have any say whatsoever in whether or not the site was disturbed?

Kennedy was commanding a patrol in August 2, 1943, when the boat was hit and cut in two by a Japanese destroyer. Kennedy and 10 other survivors swam 15 hours to reach a nearby island. He towed one injured survivor, engineer Patrick Henry McMahon, by swimming with a strap from McMahon's lifejacket in his teeth. Hmmm, how did they explain that the boat was "intact" and was "beached" on an island right near the beachfront Bar and Grill?

Ballard is very cool, if it's in the water he can find it...he is supposed to go back for a return trip to the Black Sea in june to look for evidence of pre flood biblical civilizations. Last time out he found some man made structures there about 500 feet down and planned to return in june of this year.

Any dead women found aboard?

The late president's brother, Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, a Massachusetts Democrat, and daughter, Caroline Kennedy, agreed to the expedition after being assured that the site would not be disturbed. Have any of the Kennedys ever heard of the laws of salvage?

Those things were made out of
plywood, for crying out loud.
...what'd ol' Bobbo really found was probably a pile of wood screws.
