I too still have emotional days dealing with 9/11. It was a horrific thing. Beyond mourning our dead we have been robbed of our sense of safety and security. Over the weekend my teenage daughter had a very disturbing nightmare related to 9/11 that caught me by surprise as she hasn't been outwardly upset for several months. I can only imagine the nightmares of the children of NYC. It's ingrained in our psyches now.

The tears still fall hysterically, and I swear I completely lose it when I see the images of the planes crashing into the towers... and then hear the voices of people calling loved ones... God bless the United States of America.
