In the last Gallup Poll, President Bush's job approval rating was at 76%, but his personal approval rating is 80%. At the end of his Presidency, Xlinton's job approval rating was 67% (because he pulled the wool over the American people's eyes with the complicity of the media), but his personal approval ratings were very low.
