Congress on Racial Equality (CORE) Is this a left wing group?

Congress on Racial Equality (CORE) Is this a left-wing group?
NO. CORE is, IMHO, the only Civil Rights Organization that is carrying forth Dr. King's message of "Judge a man not by the color of his skin, but rather by the content of his character."
Niger Innis is the Executive Director and he is as Conservative as you can get.

Niger kicks butt whenever I see him on Fox or MSNBC (although the latter has this unfortunate tendency to misspell his name).

"Congress on Racial Equality (CORE)
Is this a left wing group?"Hardly.
Those of us around in the '60's remember this as one of the (you'll pardon the pun) core 'civil rights' groups, but their leader, Roy Innis, is a Conservative, a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment, and is even a Director of the NRA.
Not all 'civil rights' groups are a bunch of whining ninnies looking for more government handouts.

Anarchists believe in courts?
To: ReaganGirl
I looked in
Houston Indy media and
Austin Indy media And see there is no mention by these folks yet on the anarchist self publishing network that Indy Medi is.
I also note there are many other actions going on in Texas mentioned there. When and if they do publish about this mock trial, it will be interesting to see what the Texas activists who staged this have to say.

ReganGirl: you have mislabelled those holding the mock trial as "ANARCHISTS". You should instead call them neo-socialists or pseudo-communists, for true anarchists, of all people, are fiercly supportive of the notion of free markets, capitalism, and free associations.
I think that since you are computer literate you probably are aware of the actual subject matter of the philisopy of anarachy, your message indicates some agenda of sorts.
Could it be that your love of oppressive authoritarian government or your fear of freedom compels you to smear the good name of Anarchy by identifying it with garden variety socialists? Perhaps you simply misunderstand that the government of the United States of America today is indeed a corporate facasist state. If so, then you should undertake to reeducate yourself.
Best Regards and good luck too

Today's use of "anarchy" congers up violence and chaos, not you're pollyanna definition. ReaganGirl's use of it is correct in this context.
