LAHORE: Two nuclear powers in South Asia are locked in an eyeball-to-eyeball stand-off as both have moved their 'tactical' nuclear warheads, with an accurate range of 200km, along the LoC, working boundary and international boundary. In addition to this, both the countries have long-range batteries of moveable and static missiles, capable of carrying nuclear payload, which can home on various major cities on either side of the divide. Is this a recent development ??
If it is then they just got a LOT closer to actually pulling the lanyard.

Yes, it's new. There had been speculation that some missiles had been moved, but whether they were armed with nuclear warheads was still in doubt, up till now.
