It has been said that the world's entire wealth could be equally distributed to every person on the globe and within 10 years the same people that controlled it before would be the same people that resumed control.

I have a difficult time picturing some people regaining their wealth like that. What does Ted Kennedy have going for him other than his family's money?

First you have to understand the difference between wealthy and Rich. Then you have to understand the relationship of income to wealth. You cannot stay "rich" by spending your "wealth".
