Every jurist should be given a pocket-size copy of the Constitution before any trial. I think you meant every juror, a jurist is a judge - but then, I think they need a copy too!

Perhaps the jurors can get by with a pocket sized constitution. The jurists would need at least octavo set with 18 point type. (Which begs the question of understanding anyway.)
