If not, then there is big question as to how a barge headed upstream and still stuck on the 40 bridge wreckage could have damaged the 64 bridge two miles farther upstream.

I still haven't seen an answer to this question ANYWHERE, as of yet. Some say the 64/100 bridge is closed; others say one lane is open; still others say it is okay. Which is it? If the 64/100 bridge is damaged; what hit it? Just curious...
