Washington police are incompetent. Had they searched the area with dogs long ago they would have found her and had much more to work with. I have little expectation of this ever being solved by these buffoons. Stranger things have happened I suppose

That's what I don't understand. She had the Klingle Mansion on her computer and investigators knew it and she was eventually found a mile away. If the cops thought she might be going to the mansion, why didn't they use dogs? They used dogs for other areas. Maybe they got the "message" not to use dogs in that area.

Had the dead body of Chandra Levy been in the park at that time the dogs would have found her. Unlike the DC police, the dogs are very competent.

I agree with you. It is really hard to believe they did not do a good search of the area. They had a clue from her computer. Something does not add up.
