How about the Hell's Angels? Isn't it known that they are involved in murder-for-hire and are connected to the mob? Doesn't Gary have a connection to them?
Also, right from the beginning I thought it was too convenient that Chandra's body turned up only after all soft tissue/DNA evidence was completely gone.
Is it possible that her body decomposed elsewhere(limestone caves) and it was only her bones that were scattered in RockCreekPark (much easier to not get caught) along with some carefully thought-out but faked clues? They/he had over a year to prepare something plausible to maybe include planting someone elses DNA on her clothes. I just bet they'll find semen traces (not Gary's)on the clothes.
All along Gary seemed too confident and smiling last year like he knew they would never find a body and now his lawyer was too confident the body would turn up in the Spring and would not implicate his client.
The timing is also supect that it came out after 911 coverage was finally letting up a bit and the Levy's were resurfacing on T.V. Her body was found as Mrs Levy was on Oprah for g*dsakes.
