No. I think the Justice Department is well aware of the results of their actions/inactions.
The Justice Department, and by extention the government, wants us all equal: equally dependant on the government for most everything, equally servile and downtrodden, equally wretched and equally bitter against every other group.
That's my opinion, anyway.
