Very good points. I am trying to remember if the DCPD used cadaver dogs when they searched the park. Also, the fact that she was found near a road is interesting. I read an article here months ago about a body found somwhere else. It had been identified but police would not release the identity because of an on going investigation. I think that body was bound. Never heard another word about it. Some people thought it might be Chandra.
I know they used dogs, I would think they would be cadaver dogs, but with the DCPD they probably took poodles out there. Seriously, I know I saw dogs when the search was going on and they showed video on TV.
I do remember that story. I believe it was in Massachusetts because there was a lot of joking at the time wondering where Teddy Kennedy was. The name was released a few days later. It was a local that had been missing for a while.
