Hi onedoug,.. you mentioned in your response that you felt President Bush seems to think he has a lot of time to react, but I think anyone who underestimates this President or CHENEY AND RUMSFIELD..and in for a HUGE surprize. FINALLY we have an administration who isn't willing to compromise agents on the ground, FINALLY we have a President who understands how precious and valuable those lives are, how important the job they are doing is. How VITAL it is!!

It would serve this administration no purpose to trash Clinton and the damage that is already done, NONE. Instead they are exerting all their energy on FIXING HOLES in a multitude of area's.

You can tell they are doing a great job,..because the Democrats are WORRIED. Why? Because AMERICA as a whole IS GETTING IT.

I say the old addage "patience is the better part of virtue" fits here. (Websters; patience: A specific type of moral excellence or other exemplary quality considered meritorious; a worthy practice or ideal. Also, a a particular efficacious or beneficial quality. b. a preferrable quality; an advantage).

et cetera. :o)

As time goes on, I think this administration is simple put.. "BRILLIANT".

"The media "producers/directors" will burn in hell one day for the damage they are doing to our country - first by ignoring the Clinton crimes and culpability for 9-11 and then by attributing Clintonesque crimes to President Bush...and hiding his splendid speeches and events from the American public."

Agree!!! I blame the media for where America is today also. They are extremely culpable in NOT doing their job for so long. Long enough that things became way to loose,..to the point of lack security!! They definetly share blame for 9/11.

Where were the Media reporters/investigations after the first WTC bombing? The Embassy Bombing? The USS Cole bombing?? Where IS the OUTRAGE that CLINTON had intelligence reports that a hijacker could be planning to fly INTO THE WHITEHOUSE OR PENTAGON?? (does the scenerio sound familiar.. sheesh,.. what a bunch of friggin idiots!!)

They won't admit their errors.. yet they will try to malign this President (who is CLEANING UP the MEDIA'S choice of PRESIDENT'S egregious policies in foriegn, domestic and security issues). All that is and has happened is the direct result of having a derelect President for so long. The direct results of having NON PRESIDENT for 8 years!!! CHARACTER DOES MATTER!!! A lesson hard learned for America!

We don't know all that is going on behind the scenes DAILY. But I can assure you.. it is extremely complicated,..and all the more so because of the previous administration!

You are right on friend. I just hope America has pulled their collective head from the sand and will continue to support this Administration. Woe is us, if they (the public in general)fail to realize it. Enough is enough. The media needs to become unbiased and the time is NOW!!

"JUST THE FACTS MAM".. :o)

I'll betcha that President Bush won't take a walk on the beach at Normandy and just happen to find enough stones - and enough cameramen - to craft a cross and have it recorded for posterity.

but at fifty, Noonan is still one of the world's great beauties,

At seventy-one, she may be a bit young for me, but she can park her slippers under my bed any day of the week.

Let's sincerely hope not.

You know, the thing that has always puzzled me about Sick Willie is that he is so obvious; so patently transparent. There's nothing subtle about his stunts; he chews the scenery and hams up everything he does.

Yet a sizeable portion of the American people ate it up, and too many would vote a third term for this scoundrel if they could.

Read the latest memo to Mueller in Time magazine from an FBI field agent with 21 years experience, then come back and try to tell me that the FBI has a clue or that Mueller is anything but a brown nosing butt polisher.

As for Cheney, this is merely political cover. I don't blame him for 911, but I have little confidence in an administration which makes such antisense decisions for the sake of PC, like not allowing pilots on airliners to carry handguns, but allowing some of those same pilots who fly weekends as Air National Guard pilots in F16's the authority to shoot down airliners...perhaps even the same one they might have flown a day before.

George Tenet, who is an abomination as CIA chief, still has his job. We still aren't profiling...correction, we are reverse profiling...if you are a little old lady, prepare to be violated, but speak some Farsi and carry a copy of the Koran with you while you try to get on a jetliner and you'll probably be bumped up to first class.

Bush wants to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. The INS still doesn't know who is in this country legally, let alone illegally, and they haven't a clue how to trace non citizens, even though more than one private company has come up with actual working systems to do just that.

Meanwhile, the Bushbots think everything is just hunky dory and swoon with ever mistep and lurch to the left and away from common sense Bush and his administration makes.
