Candles were always lit for the diarrhea (perfumed candles). Since the police would not arrive (after being called multiple times), the fire department were alerted by setting off the fire alarm. I was explaining how the alarm was set off. I apologize for your not understanding the English language.

The paragraph above is the most bizarre thing I've read on Free Republic in a long time.

Were the perfumed candles lit because the diarrhea stunk the place up? Why did the police need to be called? Or the fire department?

I'm not getting any of this.
