Guilty or innocent, the guy is in deep doo doo, and the actions of the Monaco courts do seem deceptive and devious. Not every country though, has a Constitution that guarantees a speedy trial by an impartial jury.
I do wish him good luck and hope that if he is innocent, he soon has the opportunity to prove it in a court of law.
