Yeah the prosecution is so sure of their case they still, after 2 years there still is no trial set.
They also left off the drugging, threats etc.
Looks like Monaco has paid off court tv.

With what happened to Pearl, would being coerced into a false confession be farfetched? I don't think so. After so long and no end in sight, might he have "confessed" in hopes of reaching a deal or settlement of some sort?
