Lily changed Edmond's will shortly before his death.
Here is the greed and the motive. See post 68

Why the hell confess to starting a fire?
If he really did strt it he's toast. If he didn't then it's open again?

"Why the hell confess to starting a fire?"
If you were drugged for over 2 years, your wife and children threatened, you might "confess" to just about anything.
Here's a question: Why was no autopsey ever done? see post 68

Police kidnap Heidi, steal passport, use to threaten Ted
Photos and tapes of children used to threaten Ted

Don't sweat it too much Tonk. Sinkspur and "Bill in Pig Latin" aren't worth the time or effort on your part IMO.
Jalapeno changes the title and won't even put his State flag up on his/her/its homepage, which isn't a good sign, and Lancey Howard
obviously believes the prosecutors.
Isn't it interesting to note that the trial is now coming about. Seems like the "letters of interest" might have had an affect after all.
Sinkspur; Illbay; Jalapeno; Lancey Howard...any reply from any of you four mouseketeers will only be ignored by me so don't even bother yourselves.

How does Heidi figure Ted "...tried to save Safra"? Makes no sense.

Regardless, Monaco is still wrong for treating Ted the way they did. He deserves better than this.

The dude appears guilty. By his own admission,he IS guilty.

I have been watching all the threads posted by Aloha Ronnie for a long time. I never commented because there didn't seem to be enough facts to decide one way or the other. Now it seems that Ted Maher has admitted that he started a fire after stabbing himself. With all due respect to Ted's family, these are not the actions of a law abiding person. If you start a fire for any reason and someone is injured or dies as a result then you are responsible for that injury or death. I realise that some FReepers have taken this up as a cause celebre and thus have much personal capital invested in the outcome of this case. I can only say that if it can be proven that Ted Maher buckled under the psychological pressure of his incarceration or threats to his family to admit to something untrue then he may be vindicated. Absence of such proof makes him responsible by his own admission.

Jalapeno changes the title and won't even put his State flag up on his/her/its homepage, which isn't a good sign, ......any reply from any of you four mouseketeers will only be ignored by me so don't even bother yourselves I have been a FReeper about two years more than you, and lurked nearly a year before that...way back before they had "flags". I use FR because it supplies me information and offers opinion, not attention. So thanks for ignoring me.
The title I posted was to get the jist of the article out, which is at odds with what has been posted and believed on this forum in the past. The title of the article is at the top, unfortunately the opening heading tag did not get carried over with the article. My error.
I have in no way taken sides on this issue one way or the other, I am posting what is in the press. It does seem odd to me that certain people seem to feel that by posting an article I am part of some great conspiracy...let's try to be adults here, no one bolsters their position on an issue by acting like a child on this forum.
As someone wisely posted earlier in this thread, don't shoot the messenger...
