I still think it's possible that a stranger killed Levy--although unlikely. However, it doesn't sound like this man. Levy usually didn't go jogging and with her known penchant for privacy and self-protection, it is unlikely that she was jogging this time. Unlikely; however, not impossible.

it is unlikely that she was jogging this time

Yes. Why were her keys and cell phone at the pad with packed suitcases, along with a second unpacked pair of jogging shoes? And if she really were jogging, she would certainly have had some clean clothes to change into left unpacked

No. She felt the park was safe during the day, enjoyed it's beauty and peacefulness, wanted to return to a favorite place before leaving DC, wanted to think, or was on her way to meet someone.

Except a case for hr jogging there can be easily made.

She had just terminated her membership at health club which ended at the end of the month or Arpil 30, People used to working out regularly or daily are like addicts they need to keep something going everday.

On May 1, the first day w/o a membership she could have looked up local jogging paths on her computer and then left to go jog the trail.
