So, if we accept this timeline, the 20-year-old "predator" actually killed the first of his three victims (Chandra) but fled the other two for fear of being detected. Usually it works the other way around - criminals get bolder in their crimes, not less so. And didn't Chandra's disappearance occur earlier in the day than the other two attacks? So we would expect to find Chandra's walkman among his possessions if he was intent on stealing stereo exquipment at knifepoint, wouldn't we?

I'm sorry. I have a hard time believing this body was just laying around near a jogging path for an entire year, particularly when the police allegedly made a thorough search of the park over several days last summer.

Like Vince Foster, I think the body was placed there after the deed was done, possibly kept in the mystery closet at Condit's apartment, or hidden in an abandoned building until it was deemed safe to appear.

While Condit is worthy of presumption of innocence and due process, it isn't normal to have the innocent act so guilty if they are truly unaware of what happened. It's the Patsy Ramsey syndrome - those who act like they're guilty usually are.

You're right; if this guy killed his first victim, there's no way he'd let the next two live, only to finger him for the assault.

Couple of things. Supposedly her body was covered with about a foot of brush. The dog smelled something and was digging in the area when the skull appears. Police called, area taped off.

Question. The cadets check the area last July, if not more than once. Two months, June and July. Wouldn't the heat have helped decay and wouldn't cadets smell a decaying body?
