OK. Then it would appear she was murdered after a meeting somewhere. But why then would her body be left at or moved to the park and not disposed of where no one would find it?

To make it look like a random act? Lots of people get attacked in parks, muggings etc. Maybe the killer figured a body needed to surface at some point or it would really look suspicious?? Better to make it look like a common crime?

Not to mention the problem of transference of evidence to the vehicle that brought her there. The simpliest answer is she was killed somewhere at or near the park.

It's possible that the perpetrator did not expect a park search. I assume the police searched the park primarily because they found a reference to it on Chandra's computer. Even though the park was searched, someone stated that the location of the body wasn't one of the areas searched because it was so remote. The body could have been where it was found the entire time beginning within a few hours after death.
