The part of this story that still puzzles me is that Chandra didn't take her purse/wallet with her.

Also, what was she wearing at the time of her demise?

Do we expect it was in broad daylight? What time of day were the other two females assaulted?

The article gives the times. As I recollect, it was late in the day, 6:30, 7:30, but in months when it still would have been daylight at those times.

It was sometime after 1, which is when she sent her last email (I think.)

And nobody knew what she was wearing, to the best of my knowledge.

They recovered a sport bra, tennis shoes, sweat pants and a knapsack as well as the other items like the walkman. I didn't hear them say what type of shirt.
