"Cuella's theory rests on the premise that the character Jango Fett is the allegorical representation of Hispanics in Lucas' myth-based world... "

Up until Episode II, the features of Bobba Fett were hidden in a helmet. By episode VI, he's at least as old as Obi Wan Kenobi, and quite agile. The clones featured in Episode II are not drunken, womanizing, ranchero music playing farm laborers, so where is the resemblance to the hispanic Lucas would encounter in his world of California central valley Modesto?

I blundered here...Bobba Fett would be a couple years older than Luke Skywalker, not Obi Wan, depending on when Amidala concieves.
