Or so far as that goes, when some 200-odd Texians stood up to the 6000 troops of General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna at a crumbling San Antonio chapel called The Alamo after the cottonwood tree standing near it. Of course, I reckon that nowadays, the employment of a serious biowar agent in Mexico City, D.F., say HPAI or anthrax, would have similar results....
