Nah. Condit did not kill her. I'm going with John Walsh's theory that this was done by a serial killer of young women in Northern VA, and may be related to the murders of Joyce Chiang, Catherine Garabedian (?forget last name), the Silva girl, and the Lisk sisters. A bold predator who strikes whenever and wherever-even in broad daylight, with people around. Much like the predator in the Portland area who took Ashley Pond and her girlfriend--has he relocated to the West Coast?
