Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong. These scumbags are taught that any woman not draped from head to foot, who ventures into public without a chaperone, or who is not a Muslim, is simply theirs for the taking- the ultimate "she asked for it". Molesting or raping these women isn't a sin, or even a crime, it is actually encouraged. I don't like to think about the fate of our "women warriors", should they be captured.
