In any case, this means the Dems will probably keep the Senate. We're going to need a miracle to have a prayer of taking it back and keeping Lincoln Chafee or someone like him from changing it over by crossing the aisle.

The Dems have overstated their hand again, if they are the one pushing this lawsuit. There are many that watch what is going on and are thankful everytime they see Gore/Leiberman on the tube that they are not the Commander in Chief.

We're going to need a miracle to have a prayer of taking it back and keeping Lincoln Chafee or someone like him from changing it over by crossing the aisle. A substantial Republican turnout (>70%) would secure ANY election, regardless of the attempts by the dims to perpetrate vote fraud. And BTW, I firmly believe that it has been due to vote fraud by the dims that they have been able to secure their status over the past 20+ years. Very few people would vote for them given their "true" agenda. For example: "Give us all of your income, and we will spend it for you as we see fit.", "Give us your guns, you don't need them.", etc.
