LOL - you just won't quit on this, will you? Okay, you made the original assertion that no other justice has signed onto this thing, and I've given pretty good evidence that Douglas did, and maybe Marshall too. So, why not prove your
prima facie case, and blow me out of the water by finding an explicit quote where Douglas denied this doctrine, or otherwise explicitly indicated that he didn't agree with blanket incorporation?
