People... I got my super sleuth mojo working and managed to pry this info out of those in the know... 1) The ICHV forgot to keep their corporate registration up with the IL Sec. of State so they were effectively dissolved a few months ago. 2) Some progunners in IL who read about the MINN happenings looked up the ICHV registration and saw that it expired and so they paid the fee themselves and they own the name now. 3) The ISRA was in no way involved in this thing. The ISRA does not own the name of the ICHV. The owners are separate entirely. 4) The new owners gave the ISRA press people that release and they also provided bona fide proof that they owned the name. The ISRA just published the news release. 5) I hear that the ICHV is not partying with Daley. I hear that they are scared to death and don't know which way to turn. 6) This is a serious blow to the antigunner.
