M1911 is my VA neighbor, and he has the the 100+ yard range we will be shooting at. I only have about 60 yards clear, further than that and I have to shoot into or out of the woods.

I'll be sending the targets tomorrow. As folks receive them, please ping me and the list. Once everybody has received them, I'll pick a date about 1 month in advance that they are to be returned by.

You can count on me. The idea is to let everyone have a fair chance at this. That's why we came up with the easiest possible equipment. This might even spark someone's interest in High Power Rifle so that they can get a chance to get the goodies from the CMP.

I did get a bit of bad news from the CMP. The rifle that I ordered is sold out. Since it was ordered on the Seventh, I still may get one of the last ones. I ordered the 1903A3 Remington high number with the "C" stock. A "C" Stock has the pistol grip and the "S" is straight.
