American Rifleman for "sponsoring" studies promoting the "individual right" viewpoint (while backing away from alleging that the studies were "influenced"), yet makes no mention of the ultimate aims of the Joyce Foundation, but simply acknowledges their support. 76 CHI.-KENT L. REV. 24, (and quoted in the article above).
He merely waves the magic wand and claims that no attempt was made to provide "a balanced symposium," as if that absolves the Journal from publishing BS. Id.
