The assertion that India's anti-Zionism was untainted by hatred of Jews is most likely true since the tiny Jewish minority in India has provided a number of high ranking military officers of the General and Admiral grades in the last three decades or so,precisely the period of strained relations.People who were viewed with suspicion regarding "dual loyalty" wouldn't be admitted to the upper echelons of the military establishment.Some Indian Jews have emigrated to Israel,but not due to ethnic/religious pressure of any kind.Jews in India are of no significance in politics,and therefore are not involved in the inherent conflicts brought on by politics.
