There is a SMALL problem here,I think.

The information about Yousef wanting to ram planes into buildings was in Federal Court Testimony of the trial for WTC I.

There was no way it was kept secret form Bush or anyone else.

DISAGREE!

I looked this up the other night. Members of congress DON'T get trial transcripts from federal court -- but they do receive these documents.

No, it wasn't kept "secret." Not by the Phillipine police anyway. But it was witheld in intelligence briefings.
