We won't quibble over time zones! Besides, you had Anthony Daniels. I saw a 10am showing in Pittsburgh. Midnight tickets were hard to get.
Besides, we have nothing! Not even digital projection! Bloody* Cleveland has digital projection!!!!!
*Sometimes I prefer British cursing. It isn't quite the full cursing, but doesn't sound like you're chickening out!
I thought digital projection was shunned by the Amish. :) I saw The Phantom Menace in digital projection in 1999 in New Jersey....It was ok but no big breakthrough over a fresh celluloid copy. If I go see Attack of the Clones a second time I will see it in digital here and make another comparison to see if digital projection has improved since. At the showing I attended on opening day....besides the usual costumes and pre screening light sabre fight in front of the screen once the movie got rolling the only big cheer was when Jar Jar made his first appearance. It might have been an ironic cheer but it was there nevertheless.
