Yeah, except for all of the fallout which would first (and mostly) fall on China. Of course, considering how much the Chinese government cares about their people, that probably wouldn't trouble them *too* much. In fact, it might help a little with their overpopulation problem.

A lot of what falls on China also crosses the Pacific to Alaska. Alaskans will not be pleased since summer just started and won't end until hunting season.
