Actually what happened on 11/27/1941 Admiral Stark sent to the commander-in-chief, Asiatic Fleet (Admiral Hart), and commander-in-chief, Pacific Fleet (Admiral Kimmel) a war warning dispatch; 10 days prior to the Japanesse attack.
