Bush's appeal to Mexicans is somewhat of a myth. Yes, he appealed to Americans of Mexican descent. These are people who have been Americans longer than most of our ancestors. The GOP is trying to get everyone to believe if he makes 'citizens' of all the lawbreaking illegals here,(a totally different breed of people) they will vote for him. Not going to happen!!!

But Bush is too stupid to understand it. He's still living in Texas where all he needed to do was speak broken Spanish to a few locals and they would slobber on themselves. That will end with increase in numbers and political power.
