And are you a Pat or Alan kneel-boy?
OR do you wish Algore was leering over you with his weird aura?
OK, we all know how much you hate GW...is that what you want to hear? Or should we all capitualte to you, some wacko with AAABEST as his screen name? Get a life, pr*ck.
Not to worry, I don't instinctivly start mashing the abuse button like you and the squaws from the DITL threads. I take personal insults from non-thinkers as a compliment.
Mattafact, I'm adding this thread to my bookmarks for future reference. It'll be great for exposing how petty and small those like yourself become when their weak minded ideas are challenged.
For as long as you're on this forum, if you personally attack another poster and I come across it I'll just refer them HERE
We've honestly done little to make our borders less porous since 9/11, in spite of the national sentiment to do so. In fact, the President, with his 245(i) Amnesty attempt, almost succeeded in providing incentive for increased Illegal traffic across our border.
So tell me, what are the big picture, war on terror reasons for that lapse?
Ugh ... that thing very likely kill the chance for Pubbies to win the Senate back. Wellstone, Johnson, Harkin, Cleland, Baucus, Carnahan, Durbin can ALL take their little tours of Farmville and let everybody know that they delivered the booty - and how. Bad strategic move on Bush's part. AND, how could he sign anything that contained a payoff to Jim Jeffords? Bush could go to Wisconsin and Minnesota and let them know that their Senators voted for a program that disadvantages their Dairy Industry. Jeffords backstabs Bush and W had his chance for payback. Veto - you kidding? The farmers just move farther and farther into the Government dependent bosom so nurtured by Democrats. The Midwest is gone for Republicans.
Bush is doing very little to force the Democrats to the defensive ... a veto with the GOP standing firm forces Daschele to deal. Get some judges through. Clinton stood up at the podium at the advent of the Gingrich House and he pulled out a "veto" pen signifying that ... "hey, I've got some institutional tricks too." It's disappointing to me. The entire WH domestic advisory staff needs to be removed. This isn't Texas ... the Democrats in D.C. are soulless bastards. Bush needs some hard cases in to discipline wayward Republicans and to pick strategic battles against Daschele. Bring Tom DeLay or Chris Cox up to be chief of staff.
Things just seem really bogged down on all fronts right now. And it's no longer the tied House and Senate, it is that the President is not engaged in the work and strategy he needs to get his agenda passed.
LOL.
You don't get it Saber. The unwashed such as ourselves will never understand how an immensely intelligent man like GWB operates. All you need to know is that it's all done out of his great patriotism for our own good.
All of this liberal and seemingly wrongheaded legislation he promotes is part of a great master plan to keep us all safe and make way for the great Bush conservative revolution, where he'll finally reveal to us all what a true-blue conservative he really is.
Nothing he does is done for political gamesmanship on the advice of his RINO advisors.
If anything, they've been made more porous. They've issued many of those electronic swipe cards so anyone from Mexico can get across as quickly as you can get in or out of a parking lot that uses swipe cards, Bush is pushing to get trucks from Mexico full access to any part of the US and very few trucks (or cars) are ever checked at the border. Ironically, it's very important to this administration that traffic at the border move very quickly and with no inconvenience at all to the Mexicans who feel like coming over but Americans in airports can suffer all sorts of delays and humiliations. It's hard to understand his priorities.
Perhaps I am overlooking something here. Did you
not post, concerning AAABEST...
Could the Free Republic please give this person the boot?
You advocate having a Freeper booted who has
been here since 1998, two years longer than you?
Then tell them they are nasty?
Maybe this is to be expected from people who are placing
themselves in the position of blindly defending everything this
President does. That's gotta make you antsy. Or, more
accurately, a Republican as opposed to a conservative.
Anyone supporting trade tariffs, illegal immigrant amnesty,
and farm pork is no longer a conservative, but just
another advocate of 'whatever it takes to stay in
power, even if it means becoming the opposition.'
I'd be antsy, too. But bashing those who point this
out doesn't help your case.
The only bad part was the naked display of bitterness shown by triple A. Sheesh he puts the DU'ers to shame. I am surmising that the A in triple's A's screen name is the abbreviation of the posterior oriface.
He's been listed first in the Free Republic phone book as long as I can remember.
He beats me by eight days. Of course, most of us here that long were actually here longer because of the reinitialization. Anyway, he probably chose that AAABEST just to, as you say, have first listing. ;)
